Costuming Basics

In your basic costume box you will want the following pieces:
    Poet shirt or blouse - white and black
    Black pants or full, solid color skirt
    Period-looking leather boots with no or little heel or ladie's slippers
    Belt
    Cloak

For a complete costume you will add the following pieces in various styles and colors:
    Tabard or doublet
    Bodice or corset
    Armor pieces - leather or chain
    Ladies or peasant dress
    Surcoat
    Headpiece - hat, circlet, crown, flowers
    Adornments - necklace, beltpouch, furs, chain of office
